Pointe Work Class
Focusing on foot strength, core stability and fundamental techniques, this class is designed to increase awareness and understanding on the foot and body on pointe.
Through conditioning exercises and a pointe work barre students will build the strength and confidence to maintain and improve their pointe work technique. Classes also include centre work and classical repertoire enabling students to put their technique into practice.
There are two weekly classes; on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Please contact me to reserve your space.
