Body Conditioning
ZEBS is thrilled to be able to offer three 30-minute Body Conditioning classes per week. Held online, the classes combine both strength and flexibility training, specialised to enhance a dancers technique.
During the term, each class will focus on a specific area of technique - such an improving a classical arabesque line, or building strength for allegro.
Tuesdays, 5:00 - 5:30pm
Wednesdays, 4:30 - 5:00pm
Fridays, 5:30 - 6:00pm
